Fit Mommy Friday

Good day fellow fit mommies!  I didn't exercise at all this week!  Awesome, huh?  Well, I've had a cold and I felt like my body wanted to rest so that's what I did.  I have had a week full of headaches.  They haven't been that bad but I can't wait 'till I have a headache free day!  I have a headache right now so if anything sounds stranger than usual, that is why.

I stuck with my diet.  I added more sauerkraut but still haven't tried any raw veggies so I'm still stuck on the same level of the intro diet.  I am feeling better than I have in a long time so I'm not too anxious to move on.  I've been eating more squash and carrots and that hasn't slowed down my shrinking.  I think that is a good sign that my digestion is getting a lot better.  I was really craving chocolate but I didn't give in.  Whenever I have a craving I make sure I am eating enough.  Many times when I don't eat enough I start craving things I normally wouldn't.   As soon as I get some more coconut milk I'm going to bake some pumpkin pie without the crust.  I use stevia as a sweetener instead of honey.  I don't do well on any type of sugar so I'm still afraid of honey. 

Here are my measurements along with my one month totals.  Even though I didn't exercise I still lost 1.5 inches this week!  No, I won't use that as an excuse to stop exercising.  My back has been achy from my lack of movement, that will motivate me to get going again next week.

So if I added that up properly I lost 11 inches this month!  I think I like measuring a bunch of spots 'cause then that inch loss really adds up.
